Dr. Jeremy “Je” Hammonds
General Manager
As GM, Je is responsible for a wide range of duties which include oversight of field operations, administrative staff, and timely communication to the Parent Company. Dr. Hammonds maintains compliance for company policies and procedures, in addition to state and federal guidelines.
He comes to the Construction Industry with a wealth of knowledge obtained from over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the Real Estate, Ecommerce, Fitness, Martial Arts, Motion Picture and Video Production, Personal & Professional Development, and Service industries, as well as 8 years of experience as a Budget and Financial Management Analyst in the Public Sector. His desire to sharpen his professional development training received in leadership; financial and program management, and acquisition led Dr. Hammonds to travel around the country to learn from some of the best academic minds in the industry. He has completed Comptroller and Management training at Syracuse University, Leadership Training in Washington, D.C., at Graduate School USA, and the Army Management Staff College just to name a few. Dr. Hammonds graduated summa cum laude in two different graduate degree programs, earning both a MBA in Entrepreneurship and a PhD in Theology. The culmination of all of his academic training and experience helps fuel his passion for serving people and building community.
